D. Kevin Haxell

Kevin Haxell received a Bachelor of Arts Degrees from the University of Toronto, St. Michael's College and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Windsor. He was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1980.

Kevin has spent the last twenty plus years in private practice; the early years in Toronto, the later here in Oakville, where he lives. Over the last ten years, Kevin has developed his family law practice while maintaining a strong presence in the area of residential real estate.

Those of you who have not met Kevin professionally, but think you recognize him, may have been to the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts over the past few years, or had children playing hockey or soccer. Since the early nineties, Kevin has been involved in over twenty productions at the Oakville Centre as an actor and director. He also coached his sons' hockey and soccer teams.

Kevin's approach to the practice of law is very much influenced by his personality and his talents: he is an amiable and settlement-oriented lawyer who is quite prepared and comfortable litigating on your behalf, should he determine that your interests are best served by taking the matter to Court.
